RHODS will have a service level agreement (SLA) for customers that use the service to provide assurances of availability and responsiveness. To support the SLA, we need to define service level objectives (SLOs) that define goals for specific metrics and service level indicators (SLIs) that define specific measurements to assess compliance with SLOs.
