Description of problem:

in RHODS 1.1.1-52, the configmap-puller container keeps restarting because it is OOMkilled.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

RHODS 1.1.1-52

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install RHODS
2. Wait a few minutes for the container(s) to begin restarting on their own in all three traefik pods

Actual results:

configmap-puller containers keep restarting

Expected results:

No (or very rare) restarts, not due to OOM

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):

Always

Build Details:

RHODS 1.1.1-52 on Openshift 4.8

Workaround:

No know impact to end users at this moment
