Description of problem:

The section  1.4.2 (duplicated in 2.12) "Cleaning up after deleting users" writes among the "prerequisites" to remove the user from the IdP: "You have removed the user’s credentials from your identity provider.". I don't think it is strictly necessary to delete the credentials from the IDP which is external to RHODS. We can just set this step as Optional.
