In section 1.6.2.2, in the paragraph about the Enabled applications page, we can find the following sentence: "JupyterHub is the only application installed by default."

This is not necessarily the case, as some third party operators might already be installed in the cluster. Perhaps it would be better to remove the sentence entirely.
