Description of problem:

The  documentation says that it is possible to change the namespace where the Jupyter notebook server will be deployed, by setting the NOTEBOOK_NAMESPACE environmental variable. 

As discussed under the Jira issue  https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHODS-884  the users cannot change the JL server namespace, which is set to "rhods-notebooks".

Examples of parts of the documentation where the NOTEBOOK_NAMESPACE variable is mentioned should be the following*:

• Paragraph 1.12.1.2
• Paragraph 1.12.1.3
