Description of problem:

The Seldon Deploy instructions gdoc,  says that Jaeger and Kiali operators are optional components but they are actually mandatory to install "Red Hat OpenShift Service Mesh" (as written in the RH operator guide  https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.7/service_mesh/v1x/installing-ossm.html )

Is necessary to update the document to remove this instruction which leads to failure of the Seldon installation procedure.
