As part of JupyterHub workflow and known issues for RHODS 1.1:

• Related to RHODS-1959 Unable to load notebook server configuration options and similar:
• The `Unable to load notebook server configuration options` screen in the spawner UI is a catch all error screen for any error where the Spawner UI was unable to gather the configuration of the jupyterhub singleuser profiles.
• If this error screen is encountered the jupyterhub pod logs will give further information to specify the type of problem encountered.

This is correct system behavior as of RHODS 1.1. We need to document that customers should check JH pod logs for more information about the problem in order to troubleshoot.
