Description of problem:

The "Intel® oneAPI AI Analytics Toolkit Container" image doesn't contain the jupyterlab-git plugin, which is installed on all of our images, openvino included. 

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install AiKit
2. Spawn a notebook using its image
3. Notice that there is no git plugin 

Actual results:

no git plugin

Expected results:

git plugin available and working
