Description of problem:

The "Intel oneAPI Ai Analytics Toolkit" (aka AiKit) tile has a "Launch" link (endpoint) which brings the user to JupyterHub. I guess the reason is because Aikit is accessible as notebook image from JH. 

The problem is that when there is an already spawned jupyter server with a different image, the link brings the user to that notebook image. The user may (wrongly) expect that the Launch link would spawn the AiKit image. It risks to be confusing, especially if we consider that once the Jupyter Lab is loaded, there's no visual (and immediate) way to know which image has been spawned.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go To RHODS Dashboard > Enabled tab
2. Locate AiKit tile
3. click on "Launch" link:
   1. when no jupyter lab are already running: the link will bring you to the JH
   2. when there is another JL server running: th elink will bring you to that JL

Actual results:

Launch link on AiKit tile

Expected results:

No launch link on AiKit tile
