Description of problem:

The marketplace operator installation of one Api AI Analytics toolkit doesn't work as expected. The operator's pod fails with these two errors:

• Back-off pulling image "registry.marketplace.redhat.com/rhm/intel/aikit-operator@sha256:1f232b2c9ecc3219835cd98b1e0ea96485d5630856fe611c5fb9f2a5219160e8"

• rpc error: code = Unknown desc = Error reading manifest sha256:1f232b2c9ecc3219835cd98b1e0ea96485d5630856fe611c5fb9f2a5219160e8 in registry.marketplace.redhat.com/rhm/intel/aikit-operator: manifest unknown: manifest unknown

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Openshift console > Operators > Operators Hub
2. search for "oneAPI AI Analytics Toolkit Operator"
3. click on the tile with label "Marketplace"
4. click on Install
5. Go to Workloads > Pods
6. search for aikit 
7. see the pod status/logs

Actual results:

ImagePullBackOff and operator not successfully installed

Expected results:

operator installed
