configure a TLS port for important components:
- grafana
- alertmanager
- prometheus
- (did i forget something?)
expose this TLS port via a service
use service-ca for TLS (and configure eventual clients to validate the cert against the CA-certificate in the configmap that service-ca controller creates in every namespace) so that we have only have trusted and encrypted communication over the network
