Description of problem:

As discussed under the Jira issue ,https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHODS-1407  and agreed with jdemoss@redhat.com, the tutorials about GPU computing (i.e., GPU Computing in Python with Numba) should be hidden in the "Resources" tab of RHODS 

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

RHODS installed

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to RHODS Dashboard > Resources
2. locate "GPU Computing in Python with Numba" or search for "GPU"

Actual results:

Expected results:

GPU tutorials are hidden since GPU computing is not supported by this GA
