MTSRE has referred us to https://catalog.redhat.com/software/containers/openshift4/ose-prometheus/5cdc1e585a13467289f5841a. We should replace the Prometheus image we are currently using with the one from Catalog.redhat.com. This should not have any user-facing effects.
