Invalid Image name while launching data science image

      This is on the ROSA testbed and latest image which is build -29 from qe catalog source

      1) Install -29 from qe-catalog-source
      2) wait for the installation to complete
      3) Configure LDAP with multiple users
      4) login as ldap admin and launch notebook image and we see the following error
