Description of problem:

This bug is related to https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHODS-744 . There is still a Resource tile whose description does not end with period like required in the main story. 

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Install RHODS v1.1.1-29

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to RHODS Dashboard > Resources tab
2. Locate "Monitor a deployed model for drift"
3. Check if its description ends with a period.

Actual results:

the description doesn't end with a full stop.

Expected results:

the description does end with a full stop like the other tile's descriptions.
