Admin users can't delete users from jupyterhub admin dashboard

      Description of problem:

      Admin users can't delete users from jupyterhub admin dashboard if they have been previously created in openshift and added to the groups configured in the configmap rhods-group-config as admin_groups or allowed_groups

      Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add a user to an allowed_groups in the configmap rhods-group-config (user)
      2. Add a user to an admin_group in the configmap rhods-group-config (admin user)
      3. log in with the normal user and log out
      4. log in with the admin user
      5. click on tab admin
      6. Delete the normal user

      Actual results:

      The normal user can log in into jupyterhub after being deleted in the admin panel

      Expected results:

      The normal user can't log in into jupyterhub
