RHODS hyperlink in masthead still there after uninstall

      When the OpenShift Data Science Add-on is uninstalled from an OpenShift Dedicated cluster, the link to the OpenShift Data Science interface remains visible in the application launcher menu. Clicking this link results in a "Page Not Found" error because OpenShift Data Science is no longer available.

      Description of problem:

      After uninstalling the RHODS add-on (version 1.1.1-21), the link to RHODS in the masthead of the OpenShift Console is still present. 

      If you click it, you get an error message (page not found), because RHODS is no longer installed. 

      Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

      A working RHODS env. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Uninstall RHODS add-on
      2. Wait for Uninstall to complete. 
      3. Confirm that the link is still available in the "waffle" icon. 

      Actual results:

      Link to RHODS is still available. 

      Expected results:

      Link to RHODS should be gone since RHODS is no longer installed.

      Always.
