The RHODS addOn will now enforce that at least one of the OSD machine pools contains worker node(s) that provide 16 CPU and 64GiB at a minimum before the RHODS addon can be installed

Description of problem:
If installing RHODS from the add on flow, I'm stopped from doing so because my cluster does not meet the minimum requirements. However, I don't have the requirements in the default machine pool, instead I have additional machine pools which should be enough.
Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):
Steps to Reproduce
- Create OSD cluster with 2 m5.xlarge workers.
- Add machine pool with more worker nodes.
- Attempt to install RHODS.
Actual results:
Cannot install rhods without scaling nodes in the default machine pool.
Expected results:
Detects cpu and memory requirements across machine pools.
