Description of problem:

As agreed with jdemoss@redhat.com and rhn-support-tibrahim, It is necessary to add the "Quick Start" link for Anaconda CE in the Enabled tab.

This bug is related to the story https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHODS-236 

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

RHODS installed

Anaconda CE enabled

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to RHODS Dashboard > Enabled tab
2. locate Anaconda CE tile

Actual results:

No Quick start link present on the tile

Expected results:

the tile must have a Quick Start link
