We would like to expand our set of integrated RHODS partner offerings by adding support for the Intel one API AI toolkit to address use cases in the data science lifecycle. Intel AI Kit provides tools and frameworks to optimize model development on Intel hardware: https://software.intel.com/content/www/us/en/develop/tools/oneapi/ai-analytics-toolkit.html#gs.ayxolw

Requirements:

1. P0: The system must provide an Intel AI Kit tile in the explore tab of the RHODS dashboard. The tile must provide high-level offering benefits with clear instructions & links to enable the service.

2. P0: The system must automatically move the Intel AI Kit tile from the 'explore' to 'enabled' tab when an organization signs up for/installs the service.

3. P0: The RHODS dashboard must include quickstart, tutorial, and other documentation to enable users to get started with the product and get information on common use cases.
