Incorrect url to triage guide in alerts

      Description of problem:

      Prometheus alerts contain the url to the triage guide, but now it's a broken link because the master branch was renamed to main

      I think the url should be this one:  https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/service/managed-tenants-sops/-/blob/main/RHODS/README.md
