MODH Sprint 28, MODH Sprint 29
Description of problem:
Currently, the Red Hat customer documentation is located in the upper right-hand corner for the RHODS interface, under the question mark. In a recent usability test of our documentation, 8 of 9 participants looked for documentation under the Resources tab. Only one person found the Red Hat documentation under the question mark.
There are also multiple links entitle "documentation". For example, clicking on the kebab menu of any card displays a Documentation link - which brings a user to the external documentation page for that product. There are also Documentation links on the cards under Resources.
How is Red Hat documentation being distinguished from external documentation for other products? Is there a better place to put the Red Hat documentation link or change the link name? Should it be under Resources? Or is it expected that Data Scientists would not use the Red Hat documentation but strictly use the "cards" under resources to find answers to their questions?
