Description of problem:

ITOs do not know if they have permission to access the JuypterHub administration interface unless they check that the admin link exists in JupyterHub. To access the JuypterHub administration interface, you need to be part of the rhods-admin user group. Can the documentation for the prerequisites change from:

• You have permission to access the JupyterHub administration interface.

to:

           You are part of the rhods-admin user group in OpenShift Dedicated

Changing this wording would also align with the prerequisites of "You are part of the dedicated-admins user group in OpenShift dedicated"
