Data Science users need to be able to save their models as a file so they can share them or move them to other environments - either on premises or in another cloud. Converting the model to an exchange or compression format such as pickle can make it easy to transport the model file.

      Requirements:

      1. P0: The system must support the ability to convert a model to the pickle format and save it to a persistent volume (PV).
      2. P0: The system must support the ability to export a model in the pickle format to S3 or GitHub. Note: this assumes the notebook server environment is connected to S3 and/or GitHub.
