Data Science users need to be able to easily store changes to data and files (eg. notebooks) and move these changes to desired locations. For example, a user may make changes to a notebook file and save the changes to the user's workspace - i.e. persistent volume (PV). A user may also want to push the file changes to GitHub. Similarly, a user may make changes to a dataset, store the changes in a PV and push the changes to S3.

      Requirements:

      1. P0: Notebook servers must be connected to a PV, so users can save changes to files such as notebooks within a user workspace.
      2. P1: The system must support the ability to "push" changes in a PV to GitHub. Note: this requirement assumes that the notebook server is connected to a GitHub repository as part of the notebook server configuration process.
      3. P0: The system must support the ability to push updated files to S3. Note: this requirement assumes the notebook server is connected to a S3 account as part of the notebook server configuration.
