Add note regarding authorizing access to your GitHub account the first time you log into RHODS - Logging in to OpenShift Data Science

      Description of problem:

      The first time you log into RHODS, you will receive a message that will require you to authorize access to your GitHub account if your GitHub account is used as the identity provider.

      Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Browse to the OpenShift Data Science instance URL and click Log in with OpenShift.
      2. If prompted, select your identity provider.
      3. Enter your credentials and click Log in (or equivalent for your identity provider).
      4. The first time you log in, you will be prompted to authorize access from the service account odh-dashboard. You will need to click on Allow selected permissions.

      Actual results:

      The documentation doesn't mention the additional step for a first time user. See attached message.

      Expected results:

      Users may question what this message means and if they should allow access to their GitHub account.
