When the ODH operator is upgraded within the MODH service, we want to ensure that the upgraded ODH operator continues to work as expected with all ISV services. Similarly, if an ISV operator is upgraded we want to ensure it does not break the integration with the ODH operator. To meet these goals, we want to add to the existing MODH test suite to include integration points to all ISV services.

Requirements:

1. The MODH test suite must perform ISV operator integration test cases to ensure that as operators (either ODH or ISV) are upgraded, integration use cases continue to function as expected.
