One of the requirements for ISV services in MODH is the operator being at a level 4 or above maturity level. This ensures the ISV meets certain criteria as a managed service offered as part of the overall MODH service. In the near-term these maturity level audits will be more manual, but longer term, we would like the automate the validation of operator maturity levels.
Requirements:
- For each ISV service, Red Hat must be able to audit the operator maturity level to verify the operator is level 4 compliant.
- For operators that are not level 4 compliant, Red Hat must provide detailed development guidance to enable ISVs to achieve level 4 compliance. The goal is to remove this as a barrier to ISVs participating in the MODH ecosystem.
