As a RHODS user or administrator, I need to understand how RHODS is updated so that I can be sure my work isn't interrupted.

For 1.2.0 we want to tell people that updates occur automatically and cannot be controlled by the customer, probably as part of the release notes.

Erwan has also mentioned concerns about ensuring that we have exact package versions for each released version of RHODS, so we probably want to ensure that we have "current version" and "previous versions" tables for the packages.
