In addition to creating notebook server environments, Data Science users need to be able to view, edit, and delete notebook servers environments.

      Requirements:

      1. P0: For each user, the system must display a view of all notebook server environments he/she has access to.
      2. P0: The system must support the ability to edit notebook server environments including: name, notebook image, number of GPUs, environment variables with user entered data (excluded auto populated data such as managed services endpoints), AWS credentials (if applicable), connected github repository.
      3. P0: The system must support the ability to delete notebook server environment (cleanup all - incl. PV). The system must provide some type of warning/confirm message before deleting an environment.
