Description of problem:

The list of packages included in the spawner page question mark display does not include scikit-learn even though scikit-learn is an important component in several images. I believe this should be included in the list for standard data science, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. Need to include the correct version too like other packages. Please confirm that scikit-learn is in the images listed above and not in Cuda and Minimal Python.

It's important to list scikit-learn because it's one of the most commonly used packages. Users need to know if it's included in our out-of-the-box images.

Steps to Reproduce

   1. From dashboard, click 'launch' from JupyterHub tile.
   2. In the notebook image section, click the '?' icon for an image like Standard Data Science. Notice that included packages does not include Scikit-learn.

Actual results:

List of packages included does not include Scikit-learn for standard data science, PyTorch, TensorFlow. I believe it is included in all these images (please confirm and also that it's not in Cuda and Minimal Python).

Expected results:

Scikit-learn is listed in images that include it.
