Description of problem:

Following the RHODS documented uninstall instructions does not uninstall RHODS.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

• Install operators: RHODS 2.5, Service Mesh, Serverless
• Subscribe to RHODS 2.5 operator (DSCI is created automatically upon operator subscription)
• Create DSC

Steps to Reproduce

1. Follow instructions for RHODS uninstall

Actual results: RHODS does not uninstall, DSCI/DSC/Operator-Subscription do not get deleted

Expected results: DSCI/DSC/Operator should be deleted

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once): Seems 'Always' from my testing.

Build Details: 2.5 RC2

Workaround: manually delete DSC/DSCI/Operator-Subscription.
