Description of problem:

I installed the RedHat OpenShift Data Science operator. This installation created a link in the top-right corner of the OpenShift console under "OpenShift Self Managed Services" as "Red Hat OpenShift Data Science".
This item remains even the operator is uninstalled.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install RedHat OpenShift Data Science operator
2. Uninstall RedHat OpenShift Data Science operator
3. Check the Applicaitons items in OpenShift Console (top right corner)

Actual results:

There is an item points to "Red Hat OpenShift Data Science"

Expected results:

The item "Red Hat OpenShift Data Science" is removed when uninstalling.
