[ccs] Update the RHODS GitLab documentation repository

      The documentation GitLab repository name and its OpenShift Data Science subgroup must be renamed. This can only be done by users with “Owner” permissions.  

      The repository is here: https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/documentation-red-hat-openshift-data-science-documentation

      You can see the OpenShift Data Science Documentation subgroup within the repository.

      We should change this to mention the new product name.
