Currently the reporting to polarion is done as part of all pipelines via custom scripts written here https://github.com/red-hat-data-services/ods-ci/tree/master/ods_ci/utils/scripts/polarion . We should utilize DataRouter to report results to polarion instead of using this custom scripts.

Original data router implementation was done as part of https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/ods/jenkins/-/merge_requests/457 and the default config for polarion reporting is disabled: true.
