As part of the process of onboarding ISV partners for the MODH offering, we need to ensure we have sufficient legal and data security agreements that partners can easily review. We also need to ensure these agreements are in the Partner Connect portal so ISV partners can accept all required agreements to participate in the MODH program.

Requirements:

1. Red Hat must provide legally approved agreements to cover the following:

• Partner terms and conditions
• Revenue sharing
• Payment methods
• GDPR, DPA and other data security compliance agreements

2. The agreements from #1 above must be available in the Partner Connect portal so ISV partners can accept the agreements as part of the onboarding process.
