OSD requires services to provide diagnostics tools for support purposes. Each ISV service will need to provide these diagnostics tools. To help with this effort, we need to provide a framework to give ISVs an example of how to develop these support diagnostics tools.

Requirements:

1. Each ISV service must provide a[ must-gather|https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/latest/support/gathering-cluster-data.html] like capability or a front-end user interface (could be shipped as part of the operator) that can be utilized to collect the necessary diagnostic information when we run into an issue in the customer MODH cluster.
2. Red Hat must provide ISVs an example framework for the support diagnostics tool that can serve as a reference for meeting requirement 1 above.
