Description of problem:

Trying to run notebook of pachyderm-operator-manifests/notebooks/pachyderm-opencv.ipynb failed on:

could not connect to pachd at "grpc://pachd.opendatahub.svc.cluster.local:30650": context deadline exceeded

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

RHODS 1.31 RC4

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch JupyterHub from RHODS Dashboard
2. Spawn a JL using Standard Data Science image
3. git clone https://github.com/Jooho/pachyderm-operator-manifests.git 
4. Navigate to  notebooks/pachyderm-opencv.ipynb
5. run all cells (follow the comments)
