Description of problem:

Installing RHODS CodeFlare Operator as a prerequisite of RHODS 1.31 RC4 with Operator V2.

RHODS CodeFlare Operator pod is crashing, see log in attachment.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Tested on OSIA.

• OCP 4.13

• registry-proxy.engineering.redhat.com/rh-osbs/iib:554182 + alpha channel

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install RHODS CodeFlare Operator using default values
2. Check pod log in openshift-operators namespace

Actual results:

Pod is crashing, log is attached.

Expected results:

Pod is properly running and is in ready state.
