Description of problem:

When attempting to enable an application via a key (Anaconda CE), the UI reports success but the application is not enabled.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Explore view
2. Select Anaconda CE
3. Select the Enable button in the side panel
4. Enter an invalid key

Actual results:

The UI reports the enablement as succeeded

Expected results:

The UI reports that the enablement failed
