Tested RayDashboard manually with new RHODS operator v2.0. Below are the steps:

Step-1:  Installed RHODS v2.0 operator (alpha channel) in my local PSI cluster using "Index image v4.13: registry-proxy.engineering.redhat.com/rh-osbs/iib:554201" 

Step-2: Created DataScience cluster enabling 'ray' component only

Step-3: Kuberator operator is installed as part of installation

Step-4: Kuberay operator must be using productized image i.e "registry.redhat.io/rhods/odh-kuberay-operator-controller-rhel8@sha2***"

Step-5: Created a Ray cluster

Step-6: Created a route to expose the Ray cluster API

Step-7: Tested the Ray dashboard is loading
