Description of problem:

Automated tests have captured a broken link to one of the Starburst official website: 

Link text: correctly-sized-nodes

Link (broken) url: https://docs.starburst.io/356-e/k8s/requirements.html#k8s-cluster-requirements 

Possible new link to use: https://docs.starburst.io/latest/k8s/requirements.html 

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in (Self-managed) RHODS Dashboard
2. move to Explore page
3. click on Starburst Enterprise tile/card
4. check the links

Actual results:

One external link is broken (i.e., http status 404 Not Found)

Expected results:

All of the links working fine (i.e., http status 200)

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):

Always

• found on Self-managed RHODS v1.30

• it should affect all the previous version of RHODS where Starburst Enterprise is displayed in the Dashboard, since the external link is not available anymore
