As a RHOAI cluster administrator, I want to be able to select the storage class that the cluster should use when creating a workbench. So that I can select an storage class that is not the default storage class in the openshift cluster or namespace.

The current behavior assigns the workbench PVC to the namespace default storage class. In this enhancement, we request to provide a property in the data science cluster definition, so that we can specify which storage class should be given by default.
