We would like to be able to see app output in the pipeline UI. Currently, only the pod output is shown for each step in the UI and the process for tracking down the app output is timeconsuming and unintuitive. We would like to see an additional tab in the pipeline step detail window that dumps the actual app output from the connected storage. See screenshot for a suggested
