      Steps to reproduce:

      1.Go to the data science projects landing page
      2.Get into any project
      3.Go back to data science project landing page
      4.Click on the model serving/pipelines on the side navigation
      5.You can see page displays with last project selection

      Expected behavior:

      Page should display with all project selection
