Description of problem:

GPU option is unavailable JH spawner page with RHODS-v1110-3, Addon flow

on Stage Cluster

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new cluster 
2. Install RHODS 1110-3 via Addon Flow 

Actual results:

Observed that GPU option is unavailable 

Expected results:

User should be able to Select GPU
