      RHOAI dashboard unavailable after upgrading OCP 4.14 to 4.15:

      In addition, the RHOAI App button is not shown after the OCP Upgrade:

      All Operators and DSC seems to be OK though:

       

      To reproduce:

      1) Install RHOAI 2.8.2 (Index image v4.14: registry-proxy.engineering.redhat.com/rh-osbs/iib:717354) on OCP 4.14 (SM PSI).

      2) Upgrade OCP to 4.15 (channel "candidate-4.15")

      3) Try to access RHOAI dashboard.
