We need to update our documentation for the KServe component so that if customer doesn't install the required dependent operators, it doesn't cause an error - apart from the DSC setting, also DSCI needs to be updated, see this comment in this issue.

      ----

This is old description that doesn't apply anymore based on the discussion in this issue:

Based on the discussion in RHOAIENG-1892, we have to amend our installation documentation so that we make it explicitly clear that the Red Hat OpenShift Serverless and Red Hat OpenShift Service Mesh Operators are required dependencies and have to be installed always.

So instead of stating what we have currently:

      Install KServe dependencies

To support KServe components, you must install dependent Operators, including the Red Hat OpenShift Serverless and Red Hat OpenShift Service Mesh Operators. For more information, see Serving large language models.

      We should have something like:

      Dependent operators

You must install dependent Operators, including the Red Hat OpenShift Serverless and Red Hat OpenShift Service Mesh Operators.
