Following actions are need for a Build of AMD based notebook on Openshift CI.

• Configure CI: 
  • file: https://github.com/openshift/release/blob/master/ci-operator/config/red-hat-data-services/notebooks/red-hat-data-services-notebooks-main.yaml 
    • config for build of amd-base
    • config for build of amd-datascience, amd-pytorch and amd-tensorflow.
• Quay Repositories downstream.
  • Contact Quay organization to get those repos.

Description

Create an Openshift CI script to build the new images. We also need to prepare the Quay repositories for the downstream images.

Acceptance Criteria

• Execute the building pipelines successfuly.
• Have the right repositories created (contact Quay Organization for that)
