Once upon a time we stopped direct access to `getDisplayNameFromK8sResource` and made typed versions that went through and called this. But this is no longer the case, some violate this intended model and it has lost all the footing it once had.

Recommend we drop everything and go to the source and get rid of this model completely to make the code cleaner.

Note: Most will be found in frontend/src/pages/projects/utils.ts but make sure you get anything that was moved to other files (eg. Projects to the concepts folder)
